• We will refuse sale to anyone who gives us reason to believe they wish to germinate any seeds bought from Cannabis Essentials.

• The descriptions of seeds on this website are taken directly from the original breeders for educational purposes only.

• Cannabis Essentials does not encourage anyone to break the law in their country.

• Cannabis Essentials cannot and will not be held responsible for the actions of persons who purchase our Cannabis seeds. We only sell cannabis seeds for educational and souvenir purposes. You may also purchase to store, incase the law changes.

• As a Cannabis Essentials customer, you are prohibited from distributing our seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in Cannabis seeds is illegal.

• We can only ship to our customers within the UK at this moment in time. This is only temporary and we will inform our customers when this changes. If you do have a large order from outside of the UK, please contact us by email before placing the order and we may be able to help.

• By browsing and/or placing an order at Cannabis Essentials, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to our terms & conditions in full.

• Acceptance of Payment does not mean acceptance of contract.  Orders are only accepted and form a contract when the goods are dispatched.  Payment will be taken before dispatch of any goods.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if there has been a typographical error of any kind in relation to description, quantity or price quoted, or where goods are not able to be supplied on time.  We also reserve the right to cancel any order from countries where we do not ship to, where incorrect postage has been paid or any order we regard as suspicious in any way.  We only accept your order once we dispatch it.  We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss if an item is not received by the expected date. If an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued immediately.
• Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of full payment only.  We accept the following payment methods: All main credit cards/debit cards accepted via secure card processing via Google Checkout.  Also accepted are  Cheque, Bank Transfer, Postal Order and Cash. Goods will only be dispatched once correct payment received.
• Orders are normally dispatched within 1- 2 working days (Monday to Friday) unless otherwise informed. All goods should be received within 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays, but may take up to 14 days in unusal circumstances. An e-mail will be sent confirming dispatch of items.
• All photographs are a fair representation of the item(s) for sale. Colours may vary, refer to item description. Disclaimer: we are not liable for differences in colour on internet browsers or in colours of products themselves once received.  We may use different suppliers at our discretion which can cause a difference in colour

• No seeds are returnable. For all other goods; If goods have been dispatched, the buyer will need to return the goods at their own expense via a signed for method to receive a refund of the original amount paid.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO CANNABIS ESSENTIALS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.  If goods are received later than this, then they will be returned.  Goods must be in exact packaging and unused or unworn.  Any open items will NOT be refunded.  We will not refund any outbound postage costs incurred in this instance.  Any funds due to your account will be actioned within 30 days.  If you refuse delivery WITHOUT are knowledge, we reserve the right to charge you for the postage.
• SHORTAGES damages or incorrect goods should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any shortages or damages NOT reported within 48 hours of receipt, will not be rectified. Refunds will only be given if goods have arrived damaged and need to be returned to us before refund is given. Please see above for more information on refunds.  We only refund once goods are received back to our office in good condition,  therefore you will need to use a trackable service for this. Proof of Posting is NOT a trackable method. Return cost of postage to be paid by customer. 
• ORDERS not received. Please check the method of delivery of your order. If sent via Royal Mail, goods will not be left if you are out at time of delivery. You need to check with your local delivery office. We are not responsible for doing this - it is the customers responsibility if you are out when the delivery is attempted. Signature may be required. If sent via a courier, signature will be required. Please ensure your address details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for goods not delivered on time if there is a discrepancy in your address details. If goods are returned we will invoice customer for further delivery charges.  Please contact us for trackable information pertaining to your goods.

• ENVIRONMENTAL Policy: We reuse/recycle all cardboard boxes and plastic packaging where we can. Unfortunately it is necessary to pack products well for transit purposes. Please ensure all products are recycled where possible.
