Payment can be made by the following options...

Credit or Debit card – We accept payments by Credit and Debit cards through Google Checkout. Simply select which products you wish to buy and checkout using Google’s secure service. The order will appear on your statement as ‘C Essentials’ to protect your privacy.

Cheque & Postal Orders – Select the products you wish to buy and from the shopping cart, select ‘Cheque or Postal Order’ as a payment method. Send the Cheque or Postal Order to the address given below.

Bank transfer – If customers wish to pay by bank transfer, please select the option from the shopping cart after choosing your items. Then simply send the correct amount of money, including delivery fee to us using the details provided below.

Cash – If you don’t have a credit or debit card, you can also pay using cash. After selecting the products and placing an order using ‘Cash’ as a payment method, simply take our banking details and head down to your local branch and deposit the cash in to our account. Be sure to retain a receipt from the bank to prove you have made payment. Then give us a call or email quoting your order number and we will ship your goods out immediately.

Customers are also welcome to send cash in the post after completing an order but this is not the safest way of payment. Letters can always get lost or opened in the post and money can be stolen.

 

All of our items are sent out using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, for your safety and ours. If you require a tracking number, please email us and we will send you your tracking number within 12 hours. All items will have a tracking number so the customer is able to see where their item is at any point during the time of postage. All posted orders have postal insurance up to the value of that order.

All of our items are posted out in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

Our system will automatically choose which price it charges you for delivery. You will not be charged per item, just one flat fee for the order. You must select you delivery location from the drop down menu as UK, Rest of Europe or Rest of World.
